Look under DJ's links and see under "Neurosurgical Focus". They have a follow-up study although it is a bit vague on the ages of people studied. One part does specifically say adults though.
Again, I must stress, that I am not worried about 20 years down the road. If I need more surgery or something else then, so be it. Without the surgery now, I could be dead or have had a major stroke. To me there is no other option but surgery. There are degrees of MM though and for some the surgery is not necessary at the present time.
As for sending your angiograms to Dr. Steinberg, I believe (DJ correct me if I am wrong) he will look at them and give you his opinion for free.
