Unfortunately, there isn't much information on exactly what causes Moyamoya. I don't have any history in my family, I'm not a kid, and I'm not Asian. Not sure how I ended up with it! LOL
I ditto what Lisa said about your niece. What makes her Dr's say it doesn't look good for her?
