Thank you so much for your response. I am sorry that you are going through the same thing. I am looking into some other options for my friend and will certainly let you know if I find out anything. One of the things I am trying to find out about is TEFRA. Have you heard of this? I just heard about it so I don't know anything yet but will let you know when I do.
