Thank you for you response. We have now got the ball rolling. We overnighted Danny's file to Dr. Steinberg on Wednesday. His nurse looked through it and called her parents yesterday afternoon! It is amazing how responsive they have been.
Thanks for the tip on the botox injections. I am sure this is something we should investigate once the immediate situation has been addressed.
The information and forum to communicate with others on this website is just great. When I get the time I am going to have to send a note to DJ and thank him. It looks like his effort has been able to help a lot of people at a time when they really need it.
