The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item is placed in the hands of the shipping company. Every effort is made to ship merchandise no later than the next business day after your order is placed. However, in very rare instances, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
Shipping time is from when the item is in the possession of the shipping company to when it arrives at your door. Shipping times vary by shipping method.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by countries outside of the United States are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Moyamoya.com has no control over these charges and they are the buyer's responsibility.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your items are faulty/broken on delivery to you and we are notified within ten (7 days) of the customers receipt of the product, we will make arrangements to replace the faulty/broken pieces. If you are not satisfied with any other Moyamoya.com products, they can be returned within seven (7) days at your expense. Once we receive the products and they are in good condition, a refund for your product purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be issued. All returns/refunds are handled on a case by case basis by using the contact information on your shipping reciept.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
