i went to the dr. today and we talked about what i was wanting to do about having a secound opinion on savannah, well it was not what i wanted to hear,she [our reg dr said she didnt think it would be a good idea, everybody keeps saying she has suffered to much brain damage to undergo surgery, that its not likley to do her any good only more damage. so i guess we will leave it alone. she has already lived longer than any doctor thought she would.

huh?  Sandy, please don't give up!  Have you talked with Dr. Scott about it?

I'm so sorry to hear that Savannah's last hope of surgery was shattered. It breaks my heart, but I know what your precious little girl has been through. I think I remember you telling me on the chat board that Dr. Scott was already consulted and agrees as well. I know you're a woman of great faith and will do what you think is best and always know that you've done the best that you could. The rest is in God's hands. God bless ya! By the way... Fran showed me the picture you e-mailed her of you and the kids. What a beautiful family sandy! I'm so proud of ya girl! Give the kids a kiss and hug for me.
