I have been posting on the board about my 11 month old son, Trey, for the last few weeks and would now like to ask for your prayers for him.  

We are going to be admitted to Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL on Monday and he will have his first surgery done on Tuesday and his second on Thursday.  We know that God is taking care of him, but the power of prayer works and we are asking for as many prayers as we can get.  We also ask that you pray for the surgeon, Dr. Paul Grabb, the surgical and nursing staff, and the hospital staff in general.  

Thank you all for all of the help and support that you have given.  We will keep you updated.

Hi Michell. My mom is in UAB hospital in Birmingham. We could meet if you would like. I am down there almost every day seeing my mom. She is in the Spain Rehab building. Your son will be in my thoughts and prayers. He is way too young to be having to go through all of this. Just try to relax, I'm sure everything will go just fine. [smiley=hug.gif]Michell, please know that you  and Trey will be in my thoughts and prayers this week and through his recovery.  I know that this can not be easy on either one of you.  As someone said before me, it will be much harder on you seeing him go through this.  Being a mother myself, it just is the hardest thing to deal with when on of your children are sick.   I will pray that God wraps his loving arms around you  and Trey this week and give you strength and peace.  Give him a extra big hug from me all the way from Louisiana!!!
