Yuck! We have spent our whole day, since six o'clock this morning, at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Daphne had an MRI this morning to follow up on the epidural hematoma that she had a few weeks back...
they also took a look at her blood perfusion while she was there, so we're praying that her surgery looks good, and that blood flow has improved.

Daphne had to have cardiac anesthesia for the MRI, though, and really had a rough time with it, for some reason. First she needed extra O2 (no big deal), then she wouldn't wake up, then she vomited, then her
heart rate was too fast and we had to pump lots of pedialyte into her and pray she could keep it down. We finally left at three o'clock!

Daphne is now sleeping at home. I'd bet five bucks that she decides to keep us up all night!

What a day.... It sure is scary when there's any kind of complication.I'm glad all is well now and your home.I pray all the test results are good. The last time Kathleen had anasthesia for her angio. We could not wake her up.It was very scary they were never sure wether she had a TIA or just a bad reaction but she didn't wake up until the next morning.When she's sedated for her MRI's she usually goes  in the afternoon and sleeps till the next morning.Maybe she'll sleep it off all night and wake up rested and refreshed.Keep us posted about the results.
