Hi everyone,
It's been quite awhile since I've had a chance to check the site out. We went back to Stanford in May to have Mark checked out. Dr. Steinberg seems to think things are coming along pretty good.
I'm very happy to let everyone know that Mark returned to work last week and can drive in New York again. It's been 11 months since Mark was diagnosed and we are starting to get our lives back together. There is no way we could have endured this without the support of all of you.
I hope Mark is an inspiration to anyone that encounters this. I can tell you all that everyone that I have personally met are my heros and so are the medical professionals that help all of us. DJ and the MacInnes family are at the top of our list and especially a young lady by the name of Tara whom gave us the hope and confidence after we met her.

Ron,

Soooooooo glad to hear about Mark's progress! I'm sure that he is glad to be back at work and driving again. Just make sure that he is careful. Give us a call. Shane and I would like to say hello to Mark. Hope all is well with you all.

Tell Mark Happy Birthday for me!

Also Ron,the FAA will not give me back my medical?can't figure out why? LOL.So no flying lessons unless their on a simulator. [smiley=laugh.gif]

Hi Ron:

Glad to hear that Mark is continuing to do well. I started work this week and all I can say is - make sure he doesn't forget to drink water!!! I tend to get so caught up at work, I forget sometimes and it's not good.
