:D I still think it's a good idea for a MM convention on the East. So What do you all think? How about in Atlantic City or even better yet Beautiful Cape May? [smiley=huh.gif]
What to you think Shari, Chelsie, Mar, Kelmo, Donna & Jared, Greg, Pat M, Nancy N Please let me know and I'll Put something together after my surgery. ::) [smiley=huh.gif]

I think it's a great idea Tom! However, I'm currently focusing all my time (and funds for that matter) on the Las Vegas trip. Maybe we could do something in the early winter months before the new year? Maybe space the two get-togethers out a little bit? Just my [smiley=twocents.gif]!

I will be participating in the vegas trip but i live in the east too so definatly a get together here would be great. I think after the new year would be a good time but just my thought. Let me know if you need any help when the time comes!

Unfortunately, I can't afford to make it to Vegas. I'd love another get-together with more time to save up and plan!!! Definitely interested!!!

Count me in as well! But I'm also saving for Vegas and concentrating on that trip as well. Please keep me informed and would be willing to help out any way that I can. Would like to see it in the new year, as well.

Hi! I'm brand new to this site, and therefore found out about the vegas trip too late to make appropriate plans. But I would be very interested in an east coast get together...would be much easier for myself, anyway. Just need to watch out for those nasty snow storms during the winter, lol!

Hi Tom:

I also think a EC get together would be great. I have mentioned to a few that I think New York or maybe even in Chicago (with many in the mid west) might be good suggestions also. I, like Shari, think it would be a good idea to do next year. I can't make it to Vegas, but with all the time off and money used for surgery and what not, I'm better off saving the time and money for next year. I think there may be a few in that situation, including all of those who are going to Vegas (just a guess). I'd also love to help out in any planning no matter where it is, if it is next year! :)

I too am new to the site and just had my surgery about a month and a half ago...and the bills are starting to trickle in one..by..one. Not to mention that I traveled to North Carolina for the double bypass surgery which hit the finances pretty hard (i.e. hotel accomodations, rental car, meals etc. for my husband). I take it that this is an "annual" get together....which I think is terrific! Is it always held in Las Vegas? If there is one planned on the East Coast, please keep me informed...as I will be going back to North Carolina before June next year for my 1 year follow-up (arteriogram). Maybe I can bring some "Hawaiian" food to the get-together... :D

No this is the first one we've ever had. I am also interested in the EC get together, I can't make it to Vegas cause I'm moving the very end of July just to hectic, bummer too I am dying to go to Vegas and see what its like my husband loved it, I have never been.
