Hi Everyone

Is it possible we could set up a post that gave family members with money problem to seek ways to get resources to get to treament,Like United Way,Salvation Army.
Anyway any response would be appreciated!
We have have family are in this position.
But any information like organations would be great :)

For travel related assistance, my family and I were referred to an organization called Angel Flight.

"Angel Flight America--arranges free flights of hope and healing by transporting patients and their families in private planes to hospitals for medical treatment."

Hi Kevin,

Good idea, God bless ya! But unfortunately, I don’t know of one special organization to look to. You're right though, I wish we did have a source or avenue we could guide people to when they need financial help. No one should be denied medical care because of finances, IMO.

Lisa did an outstanding job of researching medical air resources, and lodging to help people get to a MM specialist. DJ keeps that thread at the top of this Page to refer to.

Perhaps there are local, state or government approaches to help as well, that we could direct people to. It’s all worth looking into.

I think it's a splendid idea and a project that I've had in the back of my mind for some time now. I've been real busy lately, still not feeling up to snuff (as I'm sure you aren't 100% either yet) but I would love to help you on this.
