They finally gave me a new date for my surgery! It's Monday October 3rd.
Thats 3 more weeks to think! :o

I'll believe it when they wheel me in and knock me out!

Hooray! The third is a good day...my surgery was November 3rd. ;)
I'm sorry you are back to waiting!!! Try to keep yourself busy though I know it's not as easy as it sounds! Early Christmas shopping? Very early spring cleaning???

How great.....great news !!!! Always seems when one has the "date" of something it seems real especially for something you have been waiting for ....for quite some time. We'll be counting the days down with you...praying for you...it'll all go well. :D Carol

I'm glad you have a new date - as Carol said, better to have something definite to look forward to, rather than just knowing it's coming "sometime". We'll be counting the days to your surgery date, and if you need some more chats on the phone, please don't hesitate to call, o.k.?

Tom,

Sorry to hear about the delayed surgery. And Congrats on getting it rescheduled. When things settle down for you, you will have to tell me how you succeded with the insurance company, as mine is continually giving me a hard time. I guess you have to love PPO's.

Best of luck on your upcoming surgery. The time will fly and it will be here B4 you know it. :)

My son's surgery is Tuesday. We are here in Boston awaiting for his testing to start at 6AM tomorrow morning. (angio and bloodwork). The waiting went by much faster than we thought it would.
