My sister in law is 36 with downs and because of a hemorage
she was diognosed after an angiogram. The doctors in Memphis do not seem to think she is a canidate for surgery.

Is there a place I can send her medical records to experts to have them evaluated without having to spend a lot of money.

Hi there! :) You can send them to Dr Steinburg at Stanford. He will look at her films and give his opinion at no cost. Does she have any insurance? Good luck and keep us posted on how everything goes ;)

Sorry to hear about your sister but so glad your here and gettting some great advice.My daughter also has down syndrome.She was diagnosed 3 yrs ago at the ago of 5.She's a happy healthy 8yr old now and making a long recovery from her strokes.
