Hi, everyone just to let you know my daughter Jeanette who has MM. got married Oct. 1 2005. It was a wonderful wedding and the man she married knows all about her condition. We explained it all to him so hasn't her Dr. and he say,as he put it,I'm in for the long haul. Good one's are still out there.

Having a wonderful support partner can be the make or break in any situation, and you are so right - there are still good ones out there. I know, I have one of the best!! He even said to me that if they had to shave my hair off (I didn't know how the procedure was done at the time of my surgery, and I have long brown hair) he would shave his off too! Luckily for him and me I only lost a tiny bit, which grew back very quickly!!
He took 3 months off work to look after our little boy who was 5 at the time, and when I came out of surgery and was in ICU I woke up at 2.30am in the morning and there he was, holding my hand!!
