I was wondering if there are any MM patients in TN. My doctor says that he is not aware of any other patients in this state or any other doctors that are aware of MM. I was also wondering if there are any other MM patients here if we could get together? Who were your doctors and what were your symptoms? What types of surgeries did you have done? It would be great if we could start communicating with each other.

I don't know where you live in TN. But we live in Evansville, IN which is 2.5 hours from Nashville. [smiley=hiya.gif]

I live in brentwood TN. Its about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Hi Yassi,

I used to live in Nashville, Vanderbilt area before having my surgery done at Stanford, CA. Dr. Howard S. Kirshner at Vanderbilt Neurology, Vandy Medical Center was the one who diagnosed me with MM. Dr. Robert Alan Mericle, who referred me to Dr. Steinberg is a neurosurgeon at Vanderbilt, too and he has done surgeries for MM patients. They may introduce you guys with other MM patients in TN. Just google them or check Vanderbilt Medical Center website.
