Hi Y'all,

We just got back from Boston, and Jia Li's angiogrom showed no MM. We are very happy because she didn,t cry at all.We mighht come back to Boston again we are so proud for JiaLi.

and surprised! They then took her for a CT to verify a congenitally narrow canal in the bone area where the carotid passes invitro. It was confirmed. So we are out of the MM woods...and now needing to explore other avenues to explain her MM symptoms with a congenitally small LIC. I will take any suggestions!!!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so thoughtful and informative. I wish everyone good health and happiness.

Wow,Glad your out of the "MM woods". I hope you can figure out what's causing ehr symptoms.What plan do the docs have to figure it out.Did they have any ideas? I hope it's easily fixed whatever it is.Please keep us posted .

Thank you so much for your well wishes!
We are obviously relieved on the MM Dx...however...now where do we turn?!? Our pediatrician is very committed to getting to the bottem of this as well as are her teachers. Her resource teacher said that in 32 years of teaching...she has never encountered a child with these issues.
We have a more appts next week and will keep you posted. It almost feels like starting over with the unknown.

Gosh, what a fustrating situation this must be.I'm going to look for a web site that I've used(haven't visited in quite a while.It has a huge list of message boards about brain dissorders.If you can post on some of these you may just find some answers.Just a thought. What did they say at Boston are they hleping your to find a diagnosis? Just don't give up, there is an answer out there somewhere and I'm sure you'll find it.Please keep me posted.I'll look for the link to that site for you.Many prayers that this is resolved soon.

AMEN! I am so pleased to hear the great news that it isn't MM! Thank you for sharing it with us! I know that you may still be worried and anxious to find out what it is. Just continue to be assertive and continue researching and doing what you're already doing...If I hear or come across anything new, I will definitely let you know.
