::)  Hello!  It has been soooo long!!  I thought I would tell you that everything is going great!  What Breanna's surgery was in umm Feb. of 2005....  Gosh that seems like ages ago.....This is the first winter Breanna has not been hospitalized for the flu!  We are so thankful...
She is almost done with kindergarten.  She is a very active and energetic girl.  She is by no means a follower!  She is quite opposite of her brother! hehe
Here I sweated kindergarten and worried about her getting her fluid intake and she surprised me...The teachers are amazing with her.  
We've had a few obstacles, we've had to put her in special ed, after the school pyshcologist tested her, and we learned she is a little behind.  
This week I got all nerved up learning she is far sighted, thinking oh no not another thing!  But she jumps in the air like its Christmas!  She is hestatic she is getting glasses...   :-/
Anyways....we are preparing for a phayngeal flap surgery...This will improve her speech.  It was scheduled back in DEc 2004 but cancelled because of the strokes....So now hopefully we can finally get it done this summer before she starts 1st grade!  The only thing in our way now is is the sugereon want her off the aspirin 2 weeks prior......and her neurologist say NOWAY 1 week is plenty....  so the 2 doctors have to come to some agreement for Breanna!  
I have a question Breanna had a angiogram in August of 2005  when will she have to have another?  I hate them..... >:(   Anyways, I just wanted to gie an update on Breanna......I need to update the picture........

 Wow it sounds like things are going great.That's so good to hear.I'm glad all went well for her in school,it can be very scary at first handing your child over to these people,and hope that they keep her happy and safe.Sounds liek she's going "full speed ahead".Kathleen had just one angio after ehr suregery now it's jsut MRI/MRA's every year.Thanks for sharing the wonderful update.

I'm so glad to hear that little Breanna is doing well.  What an amazing child she is.  I still remember when you all were in the hospital with her having her surgeries.  

I'll keep saying a prayer for her and hope that she does well along with you family.

It was good to hear from you, and I'm pleased that Breeana is doing so well.  Kids are amazing little creatures, aren't they?  They are often able to handle obstacles better than adults!

Please keep us posted on her surgery.  You asked about follow-up angios.  Doctors may have different opinions but, unless there are reasons (like questionable symptoms), Stanford typically only does the one post-surgery angio.  You should definitely check with Breeana's neurosurgeon as to what his expectations are.

You both will remain in my prayers, and yes, I'd love to see some new pictures of your darling little Breeana!
