Dear Moyamoya family - After suffering a major heart attack and giving a good fight to survive, my grandfather passed away last evening surrounded by his family. Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandfather, Shari. I was hoping that he was back on the mend after your last email. Shane and I will keep you and your family in our prayers. We are thinking of you and hope all goes well.

Thank you all for your condolences...my grandfather had a very good life! With sadness comes happiness (life has a balance doesn't it!)...and I can finally share the news that I'm going to be an Aunt for the very first time! My sister-in-law and my brother are expecting their first child! My grandfather knew about the baby and this news brought joy to his life before he passed.

Im so very sorry Shari....and sorry too for being so late to read your post. I hope you are having good support and are focusing on all the moments you were blessed to have him in your life.

It is truly wonderful to have great people in our life....but so very difficult to say our goodbyes....such a deep void is always left by the "special" ones!
