Well, I'm ready to have this child.  Not only have I become a punching bag (the little one doesn't care that he has ran out of room in there), my ankles are starting to swell, Tums have become my best friend after every meal (ice cream included), and I can't sleep because I have the worst carpal tunnel ever...What the hell?!?!?!  Other than all that, I feel wonderful...well fat...but wonderful!   :-/

This too shall pass...on August 7th at 9:30am!!!!

We have decided to go ahead and schedule a C-section vs. being a week late...again.  (I had a c-section with Conner...nothing major...just stopped dialating...kind of important) Even though I have had a perfect textbook pregnancy, I don't want to get in there and have the same thing happen.  However, if I go into labor before then we'll let nature take its course.  

We, of course, will let everyone know if something is altered from the plan...but for now...we're 18 days and counting....

Steph, it sounds like you are definately ready to get this over...heartburn....ankles swelling....baby kicking....no sleep.....carpal tunnel? What the?!......Macy's Day Parade Balloon! LOL! I feel your pain!

If you want to get this over fast eat some hot sauce, do some yard work, move some furniture or do all three.  Worked for me! LMAO! Just Kidding!

I did move furniture and I think that set things in motion but then I was THREE WEEKS OVERDUE! It was pretty obvious I was that far overdue when my son was born and looked like a prune from being in the water too long. Yes, and that was in the day of no ultrasound just x-rays. We have come a long way with technology and knowledge since then. Thank goodness!  

Hang in there! It won't be long now!
