Hey Everyone -

Sorry I've been so non-existent lately on the board. Work has me extremely busy - job security I guess! I've also been busy buying a house! Yes, I finally jumped in to the real estate market and bought my very first home! I'm so excited...can't wait to get out of my apartment (closing/settlement is on Halloween).

I'll try to be more active and support my fellow moyamoyers...hope everyone is doing well!

How exciting! CONGRATULATIONS on your first home!

Here you are buying your first house and I am looking to downsize as part of my goal toward retirement and possibly sell my home. However, in this economy, I think I will wait awhile. lol!

Glad to see you are back and look forward to future posts.

Hey there Shar....

I think many of us (myself included) have been caught up with the rigors of daily life.

So glad to see you pop in and that things are going well....AND a NEW HOME...that's awesome! I am very happy for you and wish you all the enjoyment and none of the headaches!
