Title: At Stanford for surgery Post by mc823923 on Apr 13th, 2008 at 6:30pm
Hi,
Well we arrived here on Tuesday the 8th. Annamarie met Dr Steinberg, Theresa, Jill and Bob on Thursday. Then the tests started. We have two more tomorrow then surgery on Tuesday. She will need to have both side done. We're not sure yet when the second one will be. Should find out on Tuesday before the first side. She has been a real trooper and is doing great. Thanks for all the prayers but we still need more. Love Margaret |

Hi Margaret,
Glad to hear you and Annamarie made it to Stanford and that Annamarie has only two more tests. I hope Annamarie is faring welll through the testing. You both are in my thoughts and prayers and I will be thinking of you and Annamarie on Tuesday. You are in good hands at Stanford and you and Annamarie will be taken good care of by Dr. Steinberg, Teresa and Jill and the rest of the MM team. They are fabulous and amazing! Stay positive and keep the faith. Know we are here to support you through this journey. Keep us posted on Annamarie's progress. Hugs, Lore |

It was nice to met you the other day in Dr. Steinberg's office even for just a moment. Just wanted to let you know that Tom is doing fine and we're thinking about you and Annamarie and praying for Tuesday to go as well as it did for Tom. Carol |

Hi Margaret,
I hope things are going well with Annamarie. I haven't checked the MM website lately...so I am just catching up. I think you have met one of my friends there in CA ...Vanessa. She has a son in PICU. My daughter is Meadow, and we were at Stanford in January. She is doing well since her surgeries. Her care page is www.caringbridge.org/visit/meadowbeasley Take care, and I hope to hear more from you! Lora |
