I was wondering if any of you know a family that have a child with Down syndrome and also the diagnosis of Moyamoya. Received a request for help today from a family whose little 6 year old girl has been diagnosed. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

My 16 year old daughter has Downs and MMD. She had her first surgery last April. We are going for her follow-up in 2 weeks and she may have the other side done at that time. She did great. My daughter has Down syndrome and MM.She was almost five at the time of diagnosis.She's now 11 yrs old and doing great.Feel free to pass along my e-mail if you like.
