Hi everyone,

I had pial syangiosis on both sides at the end of December, and I'm happy to report that I'm doing really well.  It's my first week back at work, and other than getting adjusted back to normal life after almost 2 months out, I am only tired from time to time.  However, every so often, I get this pain at the base of my skull, I guess on my carotid on my left side.  It almost feels like I can feel it shrinking, or kind of like a pressure headache, but not in the temples -- instead where the head meets the neck.  

It doesn't happen all the time, just once in a while (maybe once every few days or so), but when it does happen, I hate the feeling and just wish it would go away.  I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone knows what it is?

I personaly have not had that kind of pressure. I don't know what kind of surgery you have had but I would talk to your nuologest and explaine the sypmtons. Is your nuologest experenced in MM?
