Title: Nosebleeds

Hello Everyone. With the beginning of warm weather (90 degrees) here in Salt Lake City I am having nosebleeds. I am keeping myself hydrated and I am inside pretty much all day. Does anyone have some advice? The nosebleeds can last over 20 minutes and are somewhat disconcerting. Thanks for your help!!! MMnewtUt/Natalie

Hey Natalie

If you're taking asparin (or similar) you might want to consult with your specialist about reducing your intake temporarily to help your blood coagulate.

Natalie,
I would let your neurologest know about the nosebleeds. I would drink plenty of water. Do not go off any medications including asprin without talking to your neurologest first but like Mark said you may need to have them reduce your anticoagulents.
