I was diagnosed with MMD about a year ago, and am scheduled for my first surgery later today. we leave for the hospital in an hour. My surgery is being done by Dr Rose at Methodist in Houston. its going to be a long day for everyone, especialy my wife, who has to set there and wait.

Larry, You and your family are in my prayers. I know that you are having surgery but it can be hard on the rest of your family. I hope things go well.

well the surgery went fine and I am already back home with only a little pain. the surgery was done by a wonderful surgion name James Rose at the Methodist Hospital here in Houston. hopefully the second surgery will go as well

Larry, That is great news that everything went well. Will have you in my prayers also for the second surgery.
