Woohoo! Today we celebrate one year since Destin had her surgery. Aside from the headaches she is doing well..Her angiogram in November showed that the surgery was a success and the left side isn't showing signs of probelms yet. We hope she is one of the lucky ones that only gets Moyamoya on one side but we will continually monitor it.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I celebrated my own one year anniversary 2 months ago. It is such a milestone! Keep the good news coming!

Major congratulations to both of you. That one year milestone is special. From there you begin to actually believe that a happy future will be there for you - and it will.

Congratulations to both of you. As Kim says there is a happy future ahead of you. I have six years behind me since surgery.
