Migraine-like headaches were my [Asian] daughter's first noticable MM symptom.  They started when she was 3.5, but it took 2.5 years, a CT Scan, 2 MRIs, 4 EEGs & multiple TIAs & strokes (all misdiagnosed as "seizures") before my prayers were answered when I read about MM, put the pieces together and brought it to her pedi neurologist to confirm or rule out.  In his infinite wisdom, the pedi neuro told me I was just an overly worried mom, but of course, I was right - she has MM.
