That our membership has now exceeded 1500 members!!! DJ You should be very proud of this site. It has obviously helped a lot of people! Thank You.....

When our daughter's doctor told us she has something called Moyamoya disease, we weren't scared because he told us to "wait and see" what happens in 6 months. In the meantime, I searched moyamoya and found this site. We were scared for her!! We sent Jennifer's MRA results to Dr. Steinberg (thanks to you DJ) and Jennifer had surgery August 2006 (she was 2 yrs old). She is doing amazingly well. I thank God for this site because I would have listened to her neurologist if it weren't for this site. Who knows what would have happended in six months....I'm glad I don't have to find out. Thanks DJ!

That's amazing! I am so glad that more and more people are being reached and are becoming aware of our disease!

Hearing the word Moyamoya for the first time was shock. Finding out that there wasn't any information on it was harder still. Finding this site seven years ago (can't believe its been that long, wow) was a miracle.

God certainly worked through D.J. to make what seemed like an impossible situation manageable. I too found out about Dr. Steinberg on this site and it quite possible saved my life.
