Does anyone know if you will neccesarily be placed on blood thinning medications once you have been diagnosed with Moyamoya? Especially if you have been told that you have a chronic case?

I was put on Plavix. I also take 325mgs. aspirin because I also have heart disease and chronic hypertention.

I only take 81 mg of asprin but I don't have any other medical issues.
