Looking to send my records to dr. Steinberg at Stanford for a second opinion...
- do I send just the discs of my angiogram & Mra? - I have a MRI from four years ago; would that be of use? - do I need to send bloodwork results, spinal tap results, or written conclusions of any sort regarding MoyaMoya? I only have the discs... - does he send them back? I want to also meet with someone in NYC sooner than later ( closest to me); not sure if I need to get second copies - are there any special mailing requirements? Type of envelope/carrier? Thanks much in advance! |

We just went through this. We had to get copies of the discs as well as copies of the clinic notes. The discs included the written reports from the tests. I would suggest that you call and ask.
When I mailed them I bought one of the padded envelopes that they have at the post office. It made it okay, |
