Welcome to the family. You cane to the right place to ask questions.
I am sorry to hear you daughter is not doing well. Those issues look like the EDAS may not have been enough to give her the blood supply she needs, but I am not a doctor or a MM specialised nurologest. I have a few questions for you: Did she see a Moyamoya expert nurologest before the surgery? Did they do a test that tells them how well the blood was flowing? Has she had a 3 month post surgery Angio? I will add her to my prayers. I hope she feels better soon. keep her well hydrated and well rested. Please keep us posted. Becky |

I hope your child feels better soon. I dont post much but where are you located? Was EDAS the only option as opposed to the bypass? Perhaps you can send your medical file to Stanford.

I am so sorry to hear your story. Do seek professional help with the Neurosurgeon that did your child's surgery. (as well as a second opinion!) It is concerning and certainly frightening to lose consciousness.
I will keep you in my prayers.....keep us posted Diane |
