Dr. Nadia Khan, a neurosurgeon who worked extensively with Dr. Steniberg and Stanford has written children's books about a five year old boy named Sven who has been diagnosed with moyamoya.

Dr. Khan sends the books free of charge to families who have someone who has been diagnosed with moyamoya. Dr. Khan's email is on the page if you would like to request a book.

There is also a book written by a boy named David who was diagnosed with moyamoya after a massive stroke. The book is called Brain Attack. But I don't know that I can remember his full name.
