The headgear for a CPAP mask can't be used after Moyamoya surgery because of pressure on the incision(s) resulting in poor sleep. Today I was looking around for an alternative and found one-won't list the company but entering "oral c-pap mask" into search engine should bring you to several sites for this. It won't suit everyone but will suit some and alleviate the poor sleep they now have. Just an FYI  :)
