Hi... I am 42 and had two moya moya surgeires at age of 40... prior to that I had strokes at the age of 36... one month after giving birth to my second child.  I was emotional, easily frustrated, etc... and for years really struggled w/ PMS.  Now six plus years after the strokes and 16 months after the surgeries nothing has changed on my monthly challenges but I wonder if other MM women patients in their 40's feel like MM is effecting their moods, etc?  My blood pressure is high a couple days prior to my menstrual cycle,  which often causes headaches and mood swings?   I also have food allergies and realize how frustrated I get about that... okay before I sound like a basket case... just wondering if pre-cycle, menopause seems to be worse or highly affected after the MM surgeries??  Thank you... for the most part a loving rational wife and mother!
