Dr Thompson in Great Ormond Street Hospital in London done Joes two EDAS operations. Joe was the 39th child he had operated on and my husband and i have great faith in him

Please could you give me some info. My daughter Marie(17) recently suffered 2 strokes since May 08. Marie also has Down Syndrome and now through our G.P. been confirmed with Moyamoya. We are still awaiting appointment to see nureosurgeon we live in Falkirk Scotland.

hello, I hope Joe and Marie are both doing well. Our 7 year daughter has just been referred to GOSH, so its good to hear that they have a specialist surgeon there. Michelle, we live really near falkirk - did your daughter have surgery, how have you found her care living in Scotland?
