Thanks for sharing both articles.

I remember reading Kevin's (Cubbie) operative reports and noticed the cooling (mild hyperthermia) and wondered how Dr. Steinberg was able to do such cooling without the patient stroking and now I know!

Like Nancy mentioned, Dr. Steinberg never ceases to amaze me with his cutting-edge techniques.
