FYI all - I received a copy of a review article that Dr. Scott and Dr. Smith (Childrens Boston) had written and was published in the New England Journal of Medicine which is extremely informative.
The article was published on March 19, 2009 - Vol. 360 - No. 12. The article number is 1226 - article title is Medical Progress: Moyamoya Disease and Moyamoya Syndrome. I don't believe you can obtain it on line (www.nejm.org) unless you pay for a subscription. You may be able to fax New England Journal of Medicine a request to (781) 434-7633. Or possibly Dr. Smith's office could send a copy. Good Luck !!!!!! |
