Nadia Khan, MD has put together a book for children with moyamoya.

I went to this link and was able to find description of books but I can't figure out how to order the books. It is something I am very interested in purchasing.

If you email the contact person on the website and let them know you would like to get a copy of the books and that you have a moyamoya family member, they will send you a copy. They gave me my copies free of charge because my daughter has moyamoya. Hope this helps
