Just wanted to share...for those having trouble getting the transportation to an out-of-state hospital/location, you can try Angel Flight (volunteer pilots) or one of the organizations that partner with them.  The web site is here:

I have my name on the list for volunteering for fund raisers, etc.  There is a air field practically in my back-yard where they fly angel flights out of.
