After much research I have found that they have supposedly isolated a gene for Moyamoya- 17q25... I would like to have genetic testing performed on my children rather than wait for them to potentially have a stroke? Does anyone have any experience with this? I know the odds are around 10% of inheritance. I have two children- 5 and 7 and the doctors do not want to perform MRIs on them. I have some emails out there but thought to take a chance on a post response.

I hope someone has some information on this. I have a little baby girl Charlotte Faye. :)
