Was watching the news this morning and heard today(Feb. 28th, 2013) is National Rare Disease Day.  I don't really know a lot about it but it must be some sort of day to bring about awareness to rare diseases. I know Moyamoya certainly is... just tell someone what the scars on the side of your head are from and you just get the blank stares and "I never heard of that before". I am talking about most of the doctors I encounter where I live!   :o
