So its all over. Our son Oliver has just got through his first night post Direct bypass and Indirect (using temporal muscle) with the brillant Dr. Steinberg and wonderful team of Drs and nurses at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, Stanford. Coincidentially met another newly diagnosed MM and NF 1 family on day before surgery which has been very supportive. Thanks for all the excellent advice on this web page. We are also heading home to Australia at the end of the year due to unexpected promotion so timing couldn't have been more perfect. ;D
