My husband was diagnosed with MM 2 years ago.  He had his first bypass surgery in Pittsburgh, PA with Dr. Friedlander, who was a lifesaver...literally.  We are now living in the Hampton Roads area of VA and having a hard time finding a doctor who knows anything about MM.  My husband has been starting to have headaches on a daily basis again, and I fear it is time for a bypass on the other side.  If anyone knows of a doctor in the area, please let me know!  I appreciate your time!  Thanks so much and God Bless!

Have you ever had bypass brain surgery and not worried at all? You would if you went to Dr. Nayar!
I live in Richmond, but went to a Dr. in DC. His name is Dr. Vikram Nayar, he is an Asst. Professor of Neurosurgery at Georgetown University. At the time, 3 years ago, he had done 20+ moya bypass surgeries. He did his undergrad at Harvard, I think and med school there as well. I would highly, very highly recommend him.  Best of luck!
