Title: Mania 10 years after a succesful MM surgery

My son had a successful multiple burr hole surgery at the age of 8. Today he is 19 and had a mania diagnosed recently. We are currently in the process of evaluating the possible reasons for the mania, one of them is MM. Does anyone has experience on possible connections between a well settled MM surgery and mania?

Just got the first results on the MRI and EEG. They show no specific suspicious MM pattern at the first glimpse, status is the same then the last years- detailed analyses is still pending.
