My son was born with a rare liver disease called alagille syndrome. He was diagnosed with moyamoya in Oct of 2013. He was having TIA's and vision loss prior to diagnosis. His case is different due to his moyamoya coming from his liver disease. They are at an increase risk for vascular abnormalities. His moyamoya can spread to other parts of his body. I was just curious to see if there was anyone else who's child was diagnosed with both alagilles and moyamoya. I would appreciate any information or feedback you may have. Thank you in advance.
