Hello, My daughter has MoyaMoya disease, and I read on this board awhile back about MoyaMoya possibly leading to low Vitamin D Levels.  I had her Doctor check it out and she does have low Vitamin D levels.  So it  appears to be something worth getting checked out. Was wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
