hey there. been reading up on calcium channel blockers for use as strategic blood pressure regulator[mine is slightly high but within normal limits]and importantly as a vasodilator,,,i found info on usage in a cardiovascular setting but cant find anything particular pertaining to the cerebro- vascular system..

so im wondering/begging for anyone with experience of these medicines personally and or info
and also researching herbal as in non-pharmaceutical alternatives ,got ginkgo ,omega 3,

i may be clutching at straws but i gotta start somewhere while I'm playing out this waiting game..
