Dr. Iskandar has done quite a few of the surgeries.  He did his internship with Dr. Scott at Boston Children's.  As a matter of fact when Timothy had his MRI, Dr. Scott was a guest speaker at UW Madison on MoyaMoya disease and reviewed Tomothy's MRI with Dr. Iskandar at UW.
