I have a as needed migrane medication and I just take it easy and not stress me self. I live in MN so we get weather changes frequently. some times with in the day the pressure changes and I feel like my brain is trying to squese out the hole in me scull. Good luck, take it easy, and my prayers are with you.

Thanks. I'm glad people actually notice a difference, it's not just me complaining.  Most people that don't know what Moyamoya is don't understand that I feel terrible.  When you add other things on top it, it only makes matters worse.  I'll try to take it easy.

A hat really helps?  I thought so. Thanks. I need to get over my pride. I don't like wearing annoying hats that might look weird or feel annoying, but for my health and head.  I'll go look for stylish warm hats, something that I can wear and still look presentable.

What about rainy weather?  Does that bother anyone?  I'm not sure if I just have a lot of problems, but my migraines come on in all different conditions and then it feels like TIAs.  Although, I'm not sure that they are TIAs since my TIAs were day-long lasting before surgery.  Paralysis and inability to speak were scary.

Yes, I've noticed with the weather changes we have here in Alabama, how it effects me at times.  When it's a very cold day I seem to stay inside more.

I always wear sunglasses even when there is a over cast, it's still bothers me.  I can have a migraine so quickly from being so sensitive to light.

Good luck
