Meadow's in surgery

Meadow is having her 1st indirect bypass today (right side). She went back about 7:30am (pacific time). We are about to get word right now from the volunteer. Last time she checked, there was about an hour left, and Meadow was doing well. I am on pins and needles!

She moved to step down earlier this afternoon. She is more playful this evening, and even gabbered to her brother on the cell phone. Thanks to everyone for all the prayers and thinking of her. She is a tough little girl!!

She will come back to Packard next Tuesday for surgery #2, on the left side. In the meantime we will be staying at the RMH. Thanks everyone for keeping her in your thoughts! Lora 8)

I will try to reach Jill tomorrow. We are on the Children's side of the hospital. Meadow had surgery #2 yesterday, the 15th. She is still in ICU. She is gone now for an MRI. I can't believe it is over! Cheesy

We are going home tomorrow!!! Meadow had both EDAS surgeries this month at Stanford. Tomorrow we are flying home.

Sandi, I hope you had a safe trip home. Thanks for coming to visit us. You and Jill made my day!

Greg and Matthew...I am so sorry we missed you! Meadow thanks you bunches for Pooh Bear! That was so thoughtful of you.
